摘　　要：开发了一款基于智能硬件和云平台的自助招领设备及招领管理系统。当丢失的证件被拾取到后,通过智能证件招领箱采集图像信息并上传,而后云管理平台完成证件信息的文字识别和人脸图像提取,并将相关信息实时发布到网上。失主可以登录招领系统查找并获得丢失证件存放柜号及对应的精确地理位置。系统通过人脸比对,完成失主身份信息的确认并自动开箱,失主自助领取。A self-service lost-and-found system for document based on intelligent hardware and cloud platform is developed. When the lost document is picked up, the image information is collected and uploaded through the intelligent box. Then, through the cloud management platform, the character recognition and face image extraction of the document information is completed, and the relevant information is published online in real time. The owner can log in the system to search and obtain the lost document storage cabinet number and the corresponding accurate geographical position. Through face comparison, the system completes the confirmation of the identity information of the owner and opens the box automatically, and the owner can collect the lost documents by himself.
