摘　　要：随着建筑开发商对商品房的不断开发,房价的不断上涨,作为衡量、计算商品房价格标准的房屋建筑面积,在建筑开发商和购房者中成了敏感性问题。下面结合近几年的房产测量,分析房屋共有建筑面积分摊及其相关的问题。With the continuous development of commercial housing by construction developers,house prices are rising,and the building area of houses,as a measure and calculation of the price standard of commercial housing,has become a sensitive issue among construction developers and buyers.The following is combined with the real estate measurement in recent years,a brief analysis of the common building area of the house is extremely related to several issues.
