摘　　要：通过实际工程介绍了已建超高层顶部在苛刻条件下更换大型桅杆所遇到的困难及解决方案;指出了应对结构进行整体分析、设计时应考虑的施工因素和下部的加固措施,对于该类工程的结构设计和项目管理有一定的参考意义。This paper introduced the difficulties and solutions of replacing large masts on the top of existing super high-rise buildings under harsh conditions through practical engineering,pointed out the should made overall analysis on the structure,and should be considered construction factors and reinforcement measures for the lower part in the design process,had certain reference significance for the structural design and project management of such engineering.
