摘  要:某商务办公楼为超限高层建筑,存在扭转不规则及局部错层两项不规则,且有穿层剪力墙及转角窗的不利影响,针对结构的不规则情况,采用YJK,Midas-Gen两种软件对结构进行小震弹性计算,并采用弹性时程法对结构进行多遇地震下的补充计算,通过设定性能目标,开展中、大震性能化设计,并进行动力弹塑性时程分析,以便找出结构薄弱部位,控制整体结构的弹塑性变形,确保结构在罕遇地震作用下不发生倒塌破坏。针对转角窗进行大震楼板应力分析、对穿层墙进行稳定性验算,诸多措施保证了结构安全,结果表明,本结构设计能够实现规范“小震不坏、中震可修、大震不倒”的抗震设防要求。A commercial office building was an overrun high-rise building,which had two irregularities:torsion irregularity and local staggered floors,and had the adverse effects of through floor shear walls and corner windows,in view of the structural irregularity,this paper used the YJK and Midas-Gen software for small earthquake elastic calculation of the structure,and used the elastic time history method for supplementary calculation of the structure under frequent earthquakes,by setting performance goals,development,performance-based design for large earthquakes,made dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis,to find out the weak parts of structure,control the elastic-plastic deformation of whole structure,and ensure that the structure will not collapse under the action of rare earthquakes.According to the corner window made large earthquake floor slab stress analysis,made stability check calculation to the penetrating wall,many measures ensured the structural safety,the results showed that the structural design could meet the seismic fortification requirements of the code “small earthquake is not bad,medium earthquake can be repaired,and large earthquake can not fall”.
