摘  要:现浇混凝土结构仍然是民用建筑的主流。目前,项目竖向构件模板主要应用木模板,少部分项目应用钢模板、铝合金模板。散拼木模板强度有限、耗工耗材,钢模板重量大,铝合金模板造价高;钢框木模板结合了木模板造价低、重量轻和钢模板、铝合金强度高的优点。结合实际工程项目,从模板体系的对比选择、钢框木模板材质的选用、模板深化设计以及模板施工四个方面分析了钢框木模板体系特点和优势,结果表明:钢框木模板体系具有良好的社会效益和经济效益,值得推广应用。Cast in situ concrete structure is still the mainstream of civil architecture.At present,the vertical component formwork of the project mainly applies wood formwork,and a few projects apply steel formwork and aluminum alloy formwork.The scattered wooden formwork has limited strength,consumes labor and consumables,the steel formwork has a large weight,and the aluminum alloy formwork has a high cost;the steel frame wood formwork combines the advantages of low cost,light weight and high strength of steel formwork and aluminum alloy.Combined with actual engineering projects,this paper analysises the characteristics and advantages of the steel frame wood formwork system from four aspects:the comparison and selection of formwork system,the selection of steel frame wood formwork materials,the deepening design of formwork and formwork construction.The results show that the steel frame wood template system has good social and economic benefits and is worth popularizing and applying.
