摘  要:基于UVA+RTK测量及航摄正投影纠偏采集数据技术,为道路和雨污水管道等市政设施进行快速测量并建立GIS数据库,以此为基础建立市政设施管理系统。系统应用B/S及APP客户端支持的总体架构,对市政设施运维信息进行一路一档存储,采用模块化交互界面,集设施信息数据库、日常管理系统、巡查管理系统、养护管理系统、应急响应功能、检测评价功能、辅助决策功能于一体,运用大数据、云计算等信息化技术及理念,进行分析预测,提出具有针对性的养护建议与规划,以此作为统筹养护科学决策的重要依据,对市政设施实行全养护周期的系统管理。扩展了信息化技术在市政设施领域的应用同时为其在市政设施领域的应用提供了实证。Based on the technology of UVA+RTK measurement and data acquisition for orthographic projection correction of aerial photography,this study provided rapid measurement and GIS database for municipal facilities such as roads,rainwater and sewage pipelines,and established the municipal facility management system.The system used the overall architecture supported by B/S and APP client to store the operation and maintenance information of municipal facilities by one file for each road.It adopted modular interactive interface,which integrates facility information database,daily management system,inspection management system,maintenance management system,emergency response function,detection and evaluation function,and auxiliary decision-making function.This research used big data,cloud computing and other information technology and concepts to analyze and forecast,and propose targeted maintenance suggestions and planning,which are taken as an important basis for overall conservation scientific decision-making,to implement systematic management of full maintenance cycle for municipal facilities.This system extended the application of information technology in the field of municipal facilities and provided evidence for its application in the field of municipal facilities.
