摘  要:管道输送是实现氢气大规模、长距离输送经济可行的方式。中国氢气管道建设起步较晚,目前仅建成3条几十千米长的氢气长输管道,且国内尚未形成完善的氢气长输管道标准体系。鉴于氢气输送与天然气输送具有一定的相似性,氢气管道设计可一定程度上参考天然气管道。通过对比分析,得出了氢气管道在输气工艺、管材选择、压缩机选型、站场设计等方面区别于天然气管道的一些设计建议,为后续氢气管输技术研究和工程设计提供一定的参考。Pipeline transmission is an economical and feasible way to deliver hydrogen in a long distance at a large scale. The development of hydrogen pipeline in China started a bit late. So far, only three long-distance hydrogen pipelines with a length of tens of kilometers have been built, while a complete standard system of long-distance hydrogen pipeline has not been established in China. Given that the hydrogen and natural gas transmission bear some similarities, the design of hydrogen pipeline can refer to natural gas pipeline to some extent. By way of comparative analysis, several design suggestions are gained that hydrogen pipeline should be different from natural gas pipeline in gas transmission process, selection of pipe materials, selection of compressor type, design of stations and yards and other aspects, which can provide certain reference for the subsequent research and engineering design of hydrogen pipeline transmission technology.
