摘　　要：勘探工作是油气产业链的起点,对石油公司的经营成效具有决定性影响。在分析勘探阶段油藏经营管理内涵的基础上,对比国内外石油公司单位发现成本、探井成功率和单位勘探费用等衡量勘探工作成效的指标,剖析以埃克森美孚公司、壳牌公司为代表的国际石油公司加强勘探开发一体化运行、实施勘探全过程经济评价、应用市场化方式和手段的做法,就完善勘探管理模式、推动高效勘探形成了认识和思考——油气发现质量是勘探工作落实油藏经营理念的关键、勘探开发一体化运行是实现油藏价值最大化的重要途径、评价工作是勘探工作落实油藏经营理念的重要基础、市场化机制是勘探工作落实油藏经营理念的重要举措。As the starting point of the oil and natural gas industrial chain, exploration determines the business efficiency of an oil company. Based on the analysis on the meaning regarding oil reservoir management at the exploration stage,the indicators(discovery cost, success rate of exploring well and unit exploration fee) measuring effectiveness of exploration work for oil companies at home and abroad has been compared herein. Meanwhile, the author has discussed how international oil companies represented by Exxon Mobil Corp and Royal Dutch Shell consolidate the operation integrating exploration and development, carry out the economic evaluation on the whole process of exploration and adopt the marked-oriented methods. Besides, the author has gained further understanding as follows in terms of improving the exploration management model to promote efficient exploration. The quality of discovered oil and natural gas remains the key to following the concept of oil reservoir management during exploration;integrated operation of exploration and development proves a significant way of maximizing the value of oil reservoir;the evaluation work lays the foundation for implementing the philosophy of oil reservoir management;and the market mechanism offers an essential approach to realizing such goal.
