摘  要:在介绍碳足迹概念和相关国际标准基础上,分析了目前石化行业产品碳足迹研究进展。依据PAS 2050、ISO 14067等标准原则,提出石化行业开展产品碳足迹评价的方法和典型应用。以航煤为例阐释石化产品碳足迹不仅包括生产过程消耗能源和工艺环节的碳排放,对辅助材料生产导致碳排放也计入产品碳足迹中;以对二甲苯为例,对循环物流过程的碳足迹评价采用迭代方法;以聚丙烯为例介绍炼油、化工物流交叉流程碳足迹评价方法;以己内酰胺为例介绍副产物分配方法。评价方法和应用能对未来石化产业开展绿色低碳产品生产实现低碳转型提供借鉴。By introducing the concept of carbon footprint and related international standards, the author of this article has analyzed the progress of the study on the current carbon footprint petrochemical industry products. In line with the standards such as PAS 2050 and ISO 14067, the methods and typical applications of product carbon footprint evaluation in the petrochemical industry. With aviation fuel as the example, the author has explained that the carbon footprint of petrochemical products not only includes the energy consumption and carbon emissions in the process of production, but also involves the carbon emissions caused by the production of auxiliary materials;taking paraxylene as the example, iterative method has been used to evaluate the carbon footprint of circular logistics process;a case study of polypropylene has introduced the carbon footprint evaluation methods regarding oil refining and cross flow of chemical logistics;caprolactam is also adopted as the instance to present the by-product allocation method. The evaluation methods and applications can offer reference to the petrochemical industry to carry out green and low-carbon production and realize low-carbon transformation in the future.
