摘  要:CCUS(碳捕集、利用与封存)因减排潜力巨大且与化石能源系统有良好的结合度,已成为中国实现“双碳”目标的重要技术手段。CCUS全流程的经济性是制约其规模化、产业化发展的关键。以CCUS的主流利用方式CO_(2)-EOR(CO驱油提高采收率)为例,开展CCUS捕集压缩、运输、驱油利用各环节的投资、成本费用、效益研究,在此基础上,分析CCUS全流程经济效益。研究认为:目前技术水平下,高浓度碳源较中低浓度碳源捕集压缩投资成本低,更易实现经济效益;CO驱油项目对CO价格的承受能力较差,高于200元/t很难盈利;碳埋存收益考虑与否是影响CCUS全流程效益的重要因素。研究建议:现阶段CCUS项目应优先匹配高浓度碳源,以余热利用和电气化提升作为CCUS降低成本攻关方向;尽快完善相关财税金融政策及碳市场、制定CCUS统一的标准规范以保障CCUS产业健康可持续发展。CCUS(carbon capture, use and storage) has become a key technological way to realize China’s “dual carbon” goal thanks to the huge potential of emission reduction and the great integration with fossil energy system. The economical efficiency of the whole process of CCUS remains the key to hampering the scaled and industrial development. Taking CO_(2)-EOR(COoil displacement), a major way of CCUS utilization as an example, we have carried out studies on investment, cost and benefit in each process of CCUS capture and compression, transportation,oil displacement usage so as to analyze the economic benefit of the whole process of CCUS. The research shows that with the current technologies, high-concentration carbon source entails less investment than low-concentration carbon source concerning capture and compression, more likely to achieve the economic benefit;COoil displacement project is susceptible to the price of CO_(2), and it is difficult to gain profit with the price higher than 200 yuan/t;Whether carbon sequestration benefit is considered or not is a key factor affecting the benefit of CCUS process. The research suggests that the current CCUS project should prioritize the matching with high-concentration carbon source and strive to cut down CCUS costs by way of waste-heat utilization and the upgrading of electrification;also, we should improve the related financial and taxation policies and carbon market and formulate the unified CCUS standards as soon as possible,so as to guarantee the healthy and sustainable development of CCUS industry.
