摘　　要：全过程人民民主是习近平总书记对新时代中国特色社会主义民主实践的科学概括,也是马克思主义民主同中国具体实际相结合的产物,更是对马克思主义民主观的理论发展与实践创新。全过程人民民主不仅有完整的制度程序,而且有完整的参与实践,是对中国特色社会主义民主政治理论和实践的最佳诠释。全过程人民民主在民主过程上实现了真实性、有效性的人民民主,在民主制度安排上形成了科学、完整的制度程序,在民主内容上实现了全方位、全链条的民主覆盖。The whole process of people’s democracy is a scientific summary of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s practice of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics in the new era. It is also the product of the combination of Marxist democracy with China’s specific reality,and the theoretical development and practical innovation of Marxist democracy. The whole process of people’s democracy has both complete institutional procedures and democratic practice throughout the process. It is the best interpretation of the theory and practice of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. People’s democracy in the whole process realizes authentic and effective people’s democracy in the democratic process,forms scientific and complete institutional procedures in the arrangement of democratic institutions,and realizes all-round and whole-chain democratic coverage in the democratic content.
