摘 要:为克服现有储能选址技术的缺陷,提供了一种基于局部暂态电压稳定和无功响应的储能选址方法。在确定受端电网的重负荷区域,搜索严重故障,找到相关薄弱节点的基础上,分解了薄弱节点等值负荷,探究备选地点储能功率变化与电压稳定薄弱节点稳定性的相关关系,建立了储能选址对电压稳定影响和储能动态无功响应两个量化指标,得到储能选址综合效果量化指标,对储能地点进行优化配置。以辽宁某地区受端电网为案例进行验证,结果表明当储能出力时能有效改善局部系统的电压稳定性,从而防止电压失稳。In order to overcome the defects of existing energy storage location technology,an energy storage location method based on local transient voltage stability and reactive power response is put forward. On the basis of determining the heavy load area of the receiver power grid,searching for serious faults and finding relevant weak nodes,the equivalent load of weak nodes is decomposed and the correlation between the variation of energy storage power and the stability of weak nodes with voltage stability at alternative locations is explored. Two quantitative indexes,that is,the influence of energy storage location on voltage stability and the dynamic reactive response of energy storage,are established. The comprehensive effect quantitative index of energy storage location is obtained and the location of energy storage is optimized. Taking the receiver power grid of a region in Liaoning Province as a case for verification,the results show that the voltage stability of the local system can be improved effectively when the energy storage is exerted,so that voltage instability can be prevented.
