摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议为中国体育产业高质量发展提供了重要机遇,是新时代背景下提高体育产品出口质量的重要推力。选取2009—2021年中国对“一带一路”沿线64国和非沿线38国的体育产品出口面板数据,运用双重差分方法实证研究了“一带一路”倡议实施对中国体育产品出口质量的影响效应和作用机制。研究表明:(1)中国对沿线国家体育产品出口质量呈波动上升趋势,“一带一路”倡议显著提升了中国体育产品出口质量,但该正向效应存在一定的时间滞后性,且通过反事实设定检验和安慰剂检验表明结果具有稳健性;(2)机制检验结果显示,在“一带一路”倡议实施过程中,对外直接投资对中国体育产品出口质量产生了明显的积极影响,而贸易便利化程度发挥的作用尚不显著;(3)按照沿线国家经济发展水平和体育产品类别的不同进行分组检验后发现,倡议对中低等收入水平国家的体育产品出口质量影响更为显著,对异质性体育产品出口质量提升作用显著,但并不能促进同质性体育产品出口质量提升。“The Belt and Road”Initiative provides an important opportunity for the high-quality development of China’s sports industry and is an important thrust to improve the quality of sporting goods exports in the new era.Based on the panel data of China’s sporting goods exports to 64 countries along the“The Belt and Road"and 38 countries not along the line from 2009 to 2021,this paper empirically studies the impact and mechanism of“The Belt and Road”Initiative on the quality of China’s sporting goods exports by applying the difference-in-differences method.Results shows:(1)The export quality of China’s sporting goods to countries along“The Belt and Road”suggests a fluctuating upward trend.“The Belt and Road”Initiative has significantly improved the quality of China’s exports of sporting goods,but the positive effect has a certain time lag,and the results are robust through the counterfactual setting test and the placebo test.(2)The mechanism test results illustrate that during the construction of“The Belt and Road”,foreign direct investment has a significant positive impact on the export quality of China’s sporting goods,while the role of trade facilitation is not remarkable.(3)According to the different economic development levels and sports product categories of countries along the line,it is found that the Initiative has a more significant impact on the export quality of sporting goods in middle-and low-income countries,and has a significant effect on the export quality of heterogeneous sports products,but it can not promote the export quality of homogeneous sports products.
