摘  要:以陕西省交口抽渭灌区为例,在综合分析灌区现状基础上,从灌溉节水系统、灌区环境质量、灌区生态资源、社会经济效应、服务管理体系及人文生态环境6个方面开展节水型生态灌区综合评价,组成的评价指标体系包括骨干建设任务工程量完成率、灌溉水利用系数等19个灌区评价指标,引入加速遗传算法对层次分析法进行改进,可确定各层次各指标的权重及检验判断矩阵的一致性,同时采用改进的中心点三角白化权函数评价模型解决了2个以上灰类多重交叉、综合聚类系数不为1的问题,建立了适用于大型节水型生态灌区的综合评价模型,为大型节水型生态灌区综合评价提供了新途径。By taking Jiaokou irrigation district in Shaanxi Province as an example,based on the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of the irrigation district,the comprehensive evaluation of water-saving ecological irrigation district was carried out from the six following aspects:irrigation water-saving system,environmental quality of the irrigation district,ecological resources of the irrigation district,social and economic effects,service management system and humanistic ecological environment.The evaluation index system consisted of 19 evaluation indices of the irrigation district,such as the completion rate of key construction tasks and the utilization coefficient of irrigation water.The accelerated genetic algorithm was introduced to improve the analytic hierarchy process,which could determine the weights of each index at each level and test the consistency of the judgment matrix.At the same time,the improved centroid triangular whitening power function evaluation model was used to solve the problem of multiple crossover of more than 2 gray classes and the integrated clustering coefficient not being 1.A comprehensive evaluation model applicable to large water-saving ecological irrigation areas was established,which provides a new way for the comprehensive evaluation of large water-saving ecological irrigation areas.
