摘 要:中国与老挝建交60周年之际,中老铁路顺利通车,为中老两国以及中国—东盟发展带来了前所未有的新机遇。铁路开通加快了国内外设施互联互通,充分活跃了边境口岸物流产业,为中老合作增加了一条海陆新通道;同时也提高了中老两国投资水平,不断拓宽产业合作领域、推动产业结构升级,为深化双边贸易合作开拓了新的发展方向。铁路的通车,实现了“一带一路”倡议与“陆联国”战略规划的对接,为整个东南亚合作发展注入新活力。On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Laos, the smooth opening of China-Laos railway has brought unprecedented new opportunities for the development of China and Laos as well as China-ASEAN. The opening of the railway has accelerated the connectivity of facilities at home and abroad, fully invigorated the logistics industry at border ports, and created new land and sea channels for exchanges and cooperation. At the same time, China and Laos have increased the level of investment, expanded the scope of industrial cooperation and promoted the upgrading of industrial structure, thus opening up a new direction for deepening bilateral trade cooperation. The railway connects the Belt and Road Initiative with Laos’ s strategic plan to transform itself from a land-locked country into a land-linked country, injecting new vitality into southeast Asia’s cooperation and development.
