摘　　要：为提升企业内部物流质量,以某船企内部物流系统为研究对象,将流程分析和流程优化作为重要的管理工具和物流质量提升方法,对该企业的内部物流现状进行分析,并探讨提高物流质量的管控措施和方法。研究表明:该方法可显著提升企业内部的物流质量。研究成果可为企业优化改进内部物流系统提供一定参考。In order to improve the internal logistics quality of an enterprise,taking the internal logistics system of a marine enterprise as the research object,and taking the process analysis and process optimization as important management tools and methods to improve the logistics quality.The internal logistics status of the enterprise is analyzed,and the control measures and methods to improve the logistics quality are discussed.The research shows that this method can significantly improve the internal logistics quality of enterprises.The research results can provide some references for enterprises to optimize and improve the internal logistics system.
