摘　　要：目的:基于牡丹皮显微特征(簇晶)与药效的相关性,通过数据支持揭示“辨状论质”理论的科学性,为中药的质量评价提供科学依据。方法:采用现代显微鉴别方法对牡丹皮中的簇晶进行定性定量测定;建立炎症小鼠模型,研究牡丹皮的抗炎活性;所得实验数据用SPSS统计软件处理,进行相关性研究。结果:牡丹皮簇晶的显微特征指数与牡丹皮抗炎药效有显著的相关性,呈中、正相关;产自山东青岛的牡丹皮药材中簇晶的显微特征指数明显高于其他来源药材,其抗炎活性也较其他来源的牡丹皮显著。结论:牡丹皮微观性状(簇晶)可作为评价牡丹皮药材品质优劣的标准。Objective:To provide scientific basis for quality evaluation of Chinese medicinal based on the correlation between microscopic characteristics(cluster crystals)of Moutan Cortex and pharmacodynamics,and based on the data revealing the scientific nature of the theory of‘quality discrimination by character’.Methods:The cluster crystals in Moutan Cortex were determined qualitatively and quantitatively by modern microscopic identification method;the inflammatory mice model was established to study its antiinflammatory activity;the experimental data were processed by SPSS statistical software for correlation study.Results:The microscopic characteristic index of Moutan Cortex clusters was significantly correlated with its anti-inflammatory effect,presented neutral or positive correlation.The microscopic characteristic index of cluster crystals in Moutan Cortex from Qingdao,Shandong province was significantly higher than that of other sources,and its anti-inflammatory activity was also significantly higher than that of other sources.Conclusion:The microscopic characteristics(cluster crystals)of Cortex Moutan can be used as the standard to evaluate the quality of the herb.
