摘　　要：本文探讨了四项常用电针参数(频率、波形、刺激时间、强度)在临床的使用情况。通过检索近20年电针疗法中频率、波形、刺激时间、强度四项参数的相关论文,初步概括电针在临床应用中的优势和不足,并总结归纳电针在临床应用中的优选参数。发现,不同电针参数以及参数间的组合对临床疗效可以产生不同程度的影响。电针疗法目前多用于治疗“痹症”和“痿症”,在临床应用中有其独特的优势,在镇痛方面尤为突出,在其他系统相关疾病的治疗上也有较亮眼的表现。但电针参数的选择与参数间的组合方面缺乏行业标准,今后应以严谨的标准和科学的实验方案指导下进行多中心、多样本量的临床研究规范电针的使用,制定更加客观详尽的参数标准以服务于临床诊疗工作。This study explored the optimization of four commonly used electro-acupuncture(EA)parameters(frequency,waveform,stimulation time and intensity)in clinical application.The advantages and disadvantages of EA in clinical application were preliminarily summarized by retrieving the four parameters of frequency,waveform,stimulation time and intensity in EA therapy over the past 20 years,and the optimal parameters of EA in clinical application were summarized.It is found that different EA parameters and combination of parameters had different effects on clinical efficacy.At present,EA is mostly used for the treatment of‘Bi syndrome’and‘Wei syndrome’,it has a significant effect in clinical application,especially in terms of analgesia,and it also shows great performance in other kinds of diseases.However,the selection of EA parameters and the combination of parameters lack of professional standards.It is expected to standardize the use of EA in multi-center and multi-sample clinical studies under the guidance of rigorous standards and scientific experimental programs in the future,and to develop more objective and detailed parameter standards for serving the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
