摘　　要：本文以经济高质量发展的相关理论与实证研究为基础,基于石家庄市面板数据构建评价指标体系,运用熵权Topsis计算方法对经济高质量发展的影响效应进行研究,提出有针对性的对策建议,为石家庄市数字经济的发展提供决策和价值参考。Based on the relevant theory and empirical research of high-quality economic development,this paper builds an evaluation index system based on Shijiazhuang panel data,studies the impact on high-quality economic development by using the entropy weight Topsis calculation method,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,providing decision-making and value reference for the development of Shijiazhuang digital economy.
