摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情首次爆发后,病毒在国内的大面积传播基本得到控制,但是部分地区会出现小规模疫情,严重地区会采取停工、封闭社区等措施。在封闭期间,部分社区出现了“买药难”、“买菜难”、“看病难”等问题。本文针对上述问题进行了线上采访、问卷调查等工作,提出了“基于微信小程序的社区应急管理平台”设计方案。该平台可以满足物资交易、通知发布等多种需求,能够在一定程度上解决目前存在的部分问题。Since the first outbreak of the COVID-19,the large-scale spread of the virus in China has been basically controlled,but small-scale outbreaks will occur in some areas,and measures such as suspension of work and closed communities are taken in severe areas.During the closure period,some communities experienced problems such as"difficulty in buying medicine","difficulty in buying groceries",and"difficulty in seeking medical advice".This paper conducts online interviews,questionnaires and other work in response to the above problems,and proposes a design plan for"Community Emergency Management Platform Based on WeChat Mini Program".The platform can meet various needs such as material transaction and notification release,and can solve some of the current problems to a certain extent.
