摘　　要：经福建省政府授权,福建省地震局于2018年5月12日开始面向公众发布地震预警信息。为保障福建地震预警系统稳定可靠运行,减轻运维压力,研究并利用JMX、Sigar、WebSocket和ECharts等技术建设了一套福建地震预警运维保障系统,对系统的技术方案、功能模块设计和实现进行了介绍,并对应用情况进行了说明。应用结果表明:该系统能及时地发现和告警预警系统运行中存在的问题,有效地保障了福建地震预警系统的稳定可靠运行,提升了运维人员的工作效率。Authorized by the Fujian provincial government, Fujian Earthquake Agency has begun to release earthquake early warning information to the public since May 12th,2018. In order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of Fujian earthquake early warning system and reduce the pressure of operation and maintenance,this paper studies and applies JMX,Sigar,WebSocket and ECharts to build a set of Fujian earthquake early warning operation and maintenance support system, introduces the technical scheme, functional module design and implementation of the system,and explains the application. The application results show that the support system can timely find and alarm the problems existing in the operation of the early warning system,effectively ensure the stable and reliable operation of Fujian earthquake early warning system, and improve the work efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel.
