摘 要:车身侧密封条是整车重要的组成部分,对其在整车中主要分布的位置、类型和作用进行了梳理。因车身侧密封条装配工艺质量关系到整车运行的性能,为了能更全面更量化地评估装配工艺,提出制造需求以及开发出合理可行的操作步序,着重研究了密封条前期工艺开发的要点和滚压工具的选型并运用统计过程控制细化了拉拔力检测范围。最后,根据产品的设计情况对密封条实车装配工艺操作进行了总结。Body side weatherstrip is an important part of the vehicle.Its main positions,types and functions in the vehicle are listed.Since the assembly process quality of the body side weatherstrip is related to the vehicle performance,in order to evaluate the assembly process more comprehensively and quantitatively,raise the manufacturing requirement and develop a reasonable and feasible operation procedure,the study focus on the key points of the advanced process development of the weatherstrip,the crimping tools selection,and refining the detection range of the pull out force by using statistical process control.According to the product design,the assembly process operation of the weatherstrip on the physical build is summarized finally.
