摘　　要：研究基于物联网的电动汽车电池BMS系统自动测试方法,明确电动汽车电池BMS系统故障类型,保障其安全稳定运行。数据感知层各传感器利用ARM FPGA技术采集电动汽车电池BMS系统数据,应用二代小波变换去噪方法去除电池BMS系统数据噪声,将去噪后数据由网络通讯层输送至应用服务层,应用服务层的数据存储模块接收并存储数据后,将其传输给BMS测试模块,BMS测试模块利用获得的电池BMS系统数据,依次完成电池BMS系统安全测试、通讯功能测试、BMS性能测试以及BMS环境适应性测试,其中应用隔离森林算法检测电池BMS系统异常数据,辅助电池BMS系统故障诊断测试。实验结果表明:该方法数据去噪效果好,可有效测试电动汽车电池BMS系统,确定电池BMS系统故障类型,保障电池BMS系统安全稳定运行,测试准确性较高。Research on the automatic test method of battery stability of electric vehicle based on BMS.Each sensor of the data sensing layer collects the data of the battery BMS system of the electric vehicle by using the arm FPGA technology,re-moves the data noise of the battery BMS system by using the second-generation wavelet transform denoising method,and transmits the denoised data from the network communication layer to the application service layer.After receiving and storing the data,the data storage module of the application service layer transmits it to the BMS test module.The BMS test module u-ses the obtained battery BMS system data,Complete the battery BMS system safety test,communication function test,BMS performance test and BMS environmental adaptability test in turn,in which the isolated forest algorithm is used to detect the abnormal data of the battery BMS system and assist the battery BMS system fault diagnosis test.The experimental results show that this method has good data denoising effect,can effectively test the battery BMS system of electric vehicle,determine the fault type of battery BMS system,ensure the safe and stable operation of battery BMS system,and has high test accuracy.
