摘  要:针对榨菜脱盐过程中人工检测盐度精确度低、稳定性差、实时性差的缺点,设计了一套榨菜盐度在线检测装置。该装置采用气缸压榨榨菜提取盐水,在线盐度折光仪检测榨菜压榨盐水盐度,进而确定榨菜盐度的方法。此方法为提高榨菜生产效率、提高榨菜成品含盐量稳定性、提高榨菜成品口感一致性奠定了坚实基础,具有较大实用价值。Aiming at the shortcomings of low salinity accuracy,poor stability and poor real-time performance of manual detection of salinity in the process of squeezing vegetables desalination,a set of online detection device for salinity of squeezed vegetables is designed.The device uses a cylinder pressed vegetables to extract brine,and an online salinity refractometer de-tects the salinity of the squeezed brine of the squeezed vegetables,and then determines the salinity of the squeezed vegeta-bles.This method lays a solid foundation for improving the production efficiency of squeezed vegetables,improving the salt content stability of finished squeezed vegetables,and improving the consistency of the taste of finished squeezed vegetables,which has great practical value.
