摘 要:水电站是现今电力能源供应的关键场所之一,由大量电力设备构成,漏电及其触电事件的发生率居高不下。为了保障水电站电力设备及其工作人员的安全,维持水电站的稳定运行,提出水电站安全防触电节能保护装置设计研究。防触电装置硬件单元包括漏电流检测器单元、中央处理器选型单元与传感器选型单元;软件模块包括漏电流信号预处理模块、触电电流信号特征提取模块与防触电告警模块。通过上述硬件单元与软件模块的选型、设计与开发,实现了水电站安全防触电节能保护装置的运行与应用。实验数据表明:相较于对比装置来看,应用设计装置获得的漏电流信号处理时长更短,防触电距离更远,装置空载损耗率更低,充分证实了设计装置的效率更高,安全性更强,节能性更好,能够为水电站安全运行提供更有效的保障。Hydropower station is one of the key places of power energy supply.It is composed of a large number of power equipment.The incidence of leakage and electric shock remains high.In order to ensure the safety of power equipment and its staff and maintain the stable operation of hydropower station,the design and research of safety anti electric shock and energy-saving protection device of hydropower station is proposed.The hardware unit of the anti electric shock device includes leak-age current detector unit,CPU selection unit and sensor selection unit;The software module includes leakage current signal preprocessing module,electric shock current signal feature extraction module and anti electric shock alarm module.Through the selection,the above hardware units and software modules are designed and developed and the operation and application of safety anti electric shock and energy-saving protection device in hydropower station are realized.The experimental data show that compared with the comparison device,the leakage current signal processing time obtained by the design device is shorter,the anti electric shock distance is longer,and the no-load loss rate of the device is lower,which fully proves that the design device has higher efficiency,stronger safety and better energy saving,and can provide a more effective guarantee for the safe operation of hydropower station.
