摘 要:石油化工企业电气仪表元件工况复杂,故障类型较多,为此基于双向变流器开路故障特征参数提出石油化工企业电气仪表元件故障类型快速识别方法。先构建石油化工企业电气仪表元件的参数配置模型,结合高频电压脉动参数检测的方法,分析在不同故障状态下开关管开路输出负载特征量;然后采用环流抑制和中点电位控制的方法,分析电气仪表元件的故障状态特征参数,通过桥臂开关管检测的方法,进行石油化工企业电气仪表元件故障状态分析,通过分析电气元件暂态分量的状态信息,求得电气仪表元件的换流母线电压、相位偏移等参数;最后结合参数异常状态特征分析,实现对石油化工企业电气仪表元件的故障类型快速识别。测试结果表明,采用该方法进行石油化工企业电气仪表元件的故障类型参数识别的准确性较高,故障状态定位能力较强,参数准确识别性能较好。The electrical and instrumentation components of petrochemical enterprises have complex working conditions and many types of faults.Therefore,based on the characteristic parameters of open-circuit faults of bidirectional converters,a rapid identification method of fault types of electrical and instrumentation components in petrochemical enterprises is pro-posed.Firstly,the parameter configuration model of electrical instrument components in petrochemical enterprises is construc-ted,combined with the method of high-frequency voltage pulsation parameter detection,to analyze the open-circuit output load characteristic of the switch tube under different fault conditions;The fault state characteristic parameters of electrical in-strument components are analyzed by the method of bridge arm switch tube detection to analyze the fault state of electrical in-strument components in petrochemical enterprises.By analyzing the state information of transient components of electrical components,the commutation bus voltage of electrical instrument components is obtained,phase offset and other parameters;finally,combined with the analysis of the abnormal state characteristics of the parameters,the fault type of the electrical in-strument components of the petrochemical enterprise can be quickly identified.The test results show that the method is used to identify the fault type parameters of the electrical instrument components of petrochemical enterprises with high accuracy,the ability to locate fault states is strong,and the performance of accurate parameter identification is better.
