摘 要:在油库的日常发油过程中,交接双方争议最大的问题就是数量。油品标准密度是油库数质量管理的一个重要参数,对油品密度进行实时、准确的测量,是保证油品交接准确性的关键[1]。目前绝大多数油库采用的都是人工取样测量的方式来获得发油标准密度,但是采用人工取样的静态测量和查表换算的方法存在工作效率低、人为因素影响大、数据实时性差、舞弊风险大等种种问题[2]。此外,测量精度不高、工作量大等现状导致难以实现精细化管理。采用在线密度计进行实时精确的标准密度和实时密度测量,在生产实践中取得了良好的效果。In the process of daily oil production in the oil depot,the biggest dispute between the two sides is quantity.standard oil density is an important parameter for the quality management of oil depot number.Real-time and accurate measurement of oil density is the key to ensure the accuracy of oil handover[1].At present,most oil depots use manual sampling measurement to obtain the standard density of oil.However,static measurement and table reference conversion using manual sampling have many problems,such as low work efficiency,high influence of human factors,poor real-time data,high risk of fraud,etc[2].In addition,it is difficult to achieve fine management due to low measurement accuracy and heavy workload.In this paper,the on-line densitometer is used to measure the standard density and real-time density accurately,and good results have been obtained in production practice.
