摘  要:超早期火灾探测设备实时监测着电缆竖井中线路的状态,以免发生火灾。在此背景下,保证超早期火灾探测设备正常运行具有十分重要的意义。设计一种红外热成像电缆竖井超早期火灾探测设备故障检测系统。借助B/S三层架构设计系统框架结构,包括采集层、通信层以及终端层。硬件部分,以红外热成像仪为采集设备,采集图像并通过无线传输设备发送到工控机,进行进一步运算;软件部分,设计三大模块,包括外热图像采集处理模块、通信传输模块以及故障检测模块。系统实现与测试部分,统计系统检测结果,计算AUC值,与准确性标准等级进行对比,在0.85~0.95之间,说明设计的系统检测准确性很好。The ultra early fire detection equipment monitors the status of the line in the cable shaft in real time to avoid fire.In this context,it is of great significance to ensure the normal operation of ultra early fire detection equipment.A fault detection system for ultra early fire detection equipment of infrared thermal imaging cable shaft is designed.The system frame-work is designed with the help of B/s three-tier architecture,including acquisition layer,communication layer and terminal layer.In the hardware part,the infrared thermal imager is used as the acquisition equipment to collect images and send them to the industrial computer through wireless transmission equipment for further calculation;In the software part,three modules are designed,including external thermal image acquisition and processing module,communication transmission module and fault detection module.In the system implementation and testing part,the system detection results are counted,the AUC val-ue is calculated,and compared with the accuracy standard level,which is between 0.85 and 0.95,indicating that the detec-tion accuracy of the designed system is very good.
