摘  要:以探究原油粘度变化对输油泵正常运行噪声的影响为目的,以ZA150型输油泵为研究对象,基于Fluent仿真平台对输油泵流体动力噪声进行仿真分析。蜗壳内静压分布模拟采用RNGk-ε模型,瞬态噪声模拟采用LES大涡模型。结果表明:粘度是影响输油泵流场变化的关键因素。粘度增大将降低蜗壳内静压分布差异。噪声强度随粘度增加而减小,当原油粘度增加至579.1 mPa·s时,特征频率最大值由轴频转为叶片基频。For the purpose of exploring the influence of crude oil viscosity change on the normal operation noise of oil pump, using the ZA150 type oil transfer pump as the object, we have analyzed hydrodynamic noise of oil transfer pump based on Fluent simulation platform.The RNG model was used for simulating the static pressure distribution within the volute, and the transient noise simulation used the LES large vortex model.The results show that viscosity is the key factor affecting the field of oil pump.Increased viscosity will decrease the difference in the static pressure distribution within the volute shell.The noise intensity decreases with the viscosity. When the crude oil viscosity increases to 579.1 mPa·s, the maximum characteristic frequency changes from axial frequency to blade base frequency.
