摘  要:为保障某钢厂通过工业以太网对连铸机结晶器液位远程实时检测时用到的智能液位检测仪能快速稳定的接收液位数据,设计了具有良好以太网联络性能、结构简易、可靠性好的以太网通信接口,该接口基于工业以太网IEEE802.3通信协议,并在此基础上设计了液位数据采集系统。采集系统中结合以太网和TCP/IP协议的一些技术功能特点,采用性能稳定可靠的STM32F103RCT6单片机作为核心控制器,及以太网芯片ENC28J60作为所需的网络接入模块设计并实现了以太网接口,然后使用LabVIEW开发的上位机对液位传感器测得的液位数据进行实时显示,实验结果表明该数据采集系统工作性能稳定,数据传输实时性好、丢包率低,可以保障液位检测中数据的实时传输及显示。Aiming at the intelligent liquid level detector used in the remote real-time detection of continuous casting mold level in a steel mill through industrial Ethernet, designing an Ethernet communication interface with good Ethernet communication performance, simple structure and good reliability, the interface is based on industrial Ethernet IEEE802.3 communication protocol. On this basis, a liquid level data acquisition system is designed. In the acquisition system, by combining some technical features of Ethernet and TCP/IP protocol, the interface is designed and implemented with STM32 F103 RCT6 single chip microcomputer as the core controller and ENC28 J60 Ethernet chip as the required network access module, then the software developed by LabVIEW is used to show the liquid level data measured by the liquid level sensor in real time. Experimental results show that acquisition system has stable working performance, good real-time data transmission, low packet loss rate, and can ensure real-time data transmission and presentation in liquid level detection.
