摘  要:为了解决传统固定式流量标准装置送检时间长、检定效率低以及现有的车载式装置精度与稳定性不高、检定范围窄等问题。基于标准表法,使用了高精度科里奥利质量流量计作为标准表;并采用变频调节技术结合PID控制;使用ADAM-4117、PCI-1780板卡进行相关数据采集;最后基于LabWindows/CVI平台设计了人机界面;最终成功设计了一套移动式标准装置。进行了(0.2~40)m^(3)/h流量范围下的稳定性实验,装置的流量稳定性在0.06%以内,扩展不确定度不超过0.2%。In order to solve the problem of long-term delivery time, low verification efficiency and low verification efficiency and low stability of the existing vehicle-mounted device and the narrow verification range. Based on the standard table, high-precision Coriolis mass flow meter is used as a standard table;and the frequency conversion adjustment technique is used to combine PID control;the ADAM-4117, the PCI-1780 board is used for related data acquisition;finally based on the LabWindows/CVI platform design Human-machine interface;finally successfully designed a mobile standard device. Carry out(0.2-40) m^(3)/h flow range, stability experiments, the flow stability of the device is within 0.06%, extension uncertainty does not exceed 0.2%.
