摘  要:大口径S型方管管道直径较大,且转弯部分长度较短,因此,管道内部的流场非常复杂。为了能够准确求得流量计的安装位置,利用CFD软件对测试断面不同位置的速度进行数值分析,然后利用实验验证流速分布特性,最后得到在测试断面中间部分速度分布比较均匀,而且速度变化梯度较小,分布比较稳定,更接近于真实来流速度,因此,传感器测点建议安放在断面中间区域。并且在中间区域进行详细比较测量杆在流场中的安装位置,最后推荐第5列安装位置为首选方案。The large-diameter S-shaped square pipe has a larger diameter and a shorter turning part, so the flow field inside the pipe is very complicated. In order to accurately obtain the installation position of the flowmeter, the CFD software is used to numerically analyze the velocity at different positions of the test section, and then the flow velocity distribution characteristics are verified by experiments. Finally, it is obtained that the velocity distribution in the middle part of the test section is relatively uniform, and the velocity gradient is small, the distribution is relatively stable, and it is closer to the real incoming flow velocity. Therefore, it is recommended to place the sensor measuring point in the middle area of the section. And a detailed comparison of the installation position of the measuring rod in the flow field is carried out in the middle area, and finally the fifth column installation position is recommended as the preferred solution.
