摘  要:传统人工测量便携式载体催化甲烷检测报警仪(以下简称报警仪)时存在耗时常计算易错的问题。为了避免上述问题,设计了基于机器视觉的便携式载体催化甲烷检测报警仪基本误差测量系统。系统对摄像仪采集得的报警仪图像进行处理并保存,同时,用户可在人机交互界面中进行基本信息填写并操作。将报警仪显示值保存至在表格中并进行计算得基本误差,最终自动生成检验记录。通过以上方法,该系统实现了基于机器视觉对便携式载体催化甲烷检测报警仪自动测量。系统的测量过程、计算过程及测量结果符合安全行业标准要求,且保证了结果的可追溯性。检验员及审核员使用该系统后可节约重复输入及反复计算的时间,提高工作效率。The traditional manual measurement of portable carrier catalytic methane detection and alarm instrument(hereinafter referred to as alarm instrument) has the problem of frequent calculation and easy error. In order to avoid the above problems, the basic error measurement system of portable carrier catalytic methane detection and alarm instrument based on machine vision is designed. The system processes and saves the alarm image collected by the camera. At the same time, the user can fill in and operate the basic information in the human-computer interaction interface. Save the displayed value of the alarm instrument in the table and calculate the basic error, and finally automatically generate the inspection record. Through the above methods, the system realizes the automatic measurement of portable carrier catalytic methane detection and alarm instrument based on machine vision. The measurement process, calculation process and measurement results of the system meet the requirements of safety industry standards, and ensure the traceability of the results. After using the system, inspectors and auditors can save the time of repeated input and repeated calculation and improve work efficiency.
