摘　　要：左心室功能在急性心肌梗死患者危险分层和预后判断中的地位被广泛认可,而右心室功能在判断急性心肌梗死患者的预后中亦具有独特的临床价值,尤其右心室心肌应变作为早期评估右心室局部和整体收缩功能的敏感指标,在急性心肌梗死患者预后评估中越来越受到重视。本文就右心室心肌应变在急性心肌梗死患者临床预后的评估方面进行综述。The role of left ventricular function in risk stratification and prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction has been widely recognized,however right ventricular function also has unique clinical value in judging the prognosis of patients with acute myocardial infarction.In particular,right ventricular myocardial strain,as a sensitive index for early evaluation of right ventricular regional and global systolic function,has been paid more and more attention in prognosis assessment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.This article reviews the clinical prognosis of right ventricular myocardial strain in patients with acute myocardial infarction.
