摘 要:采用固相萃取和超声波萃取方法提取了淮河流域典型地区3条河流水体中溶解相、颗粒相和沉积相的多环芳烃,高效液相色谱分析结果表明,沉积相和颗粒相中的多环芳烃的检出浓度(15.42~334.25μg/kg和19.16~49.46 ng/L)明显高于溶解相(0.15~3.05 ng/L),化合物二苯并[a,h]蒽在溶解相和颗粒相都基本未检出,苯并[a]芘的检出浓度基本上超过地表水标准限值2.8 ng/L,河流A水体中的颗粒相和沉积相多环芳烃浓度明显高于河流B和河流C;利用实测值计算的8个采样点的固液分配系数lg K_(p)均大于1,说明多环芳烃在3条河流的水体中更倾向分配吸附于颗粒物和沉积物上,这与多环芳烃的疏水性是一致的;致癌风险评价结果显示,多环芳烃在溶解相中的风险水平大体上在10^(-9)~10^(-8)水平,属于可接受范围,在沉积相和颗粒相中的风险水平大体上在10^(-7)~10^(-6)水平,属于不可接受范围。Extracted the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons of dissolved phase,particulate phase and sediment phase by solid phase extraction and ultrasonic extraction respectively from the typical areas Huaihe River three river water,HPLC analysis showed that,particulate phase and deposited phase PAHs detectable concentration(15.42~334.25μg·kg^(-1) and 19.16~49.46 ng·L^(-1)was significantly higher than the dissolved phase(0.15~3.05 ng·L^(-1)),dibenzo[a,h]anthracene were basically undetected in dissolved phase and particulate phase.Benzo[a]pyrene detected concentrations was more than standard limit 2.8 ng·L^(-1) in surface water,the particulate phase and sediment phase PAHs of the river A water were significantly higher than the river B and C.Calculated eight sampling points solid-liquid distribution coefficient lg K _(p) utilizing measured values were greater than 1,showed that PAHs in the three rivers water prefered allocation adsorbed on particulate matter and sediment,this was consistent with hydrophobic of PAHs.The results of the carcinogenic risk assessment showed that the risk level of PAHs in dissolved phase was at the level of 10^(-9) to 10^(-8),it belonged the acceptable range.the risk level of PAHs in particulate phase and deposited phase were at the level of 10^(-7) to 10^(-6),it belonged unacceptable range.
