摘　　要：目的探讨多学科协作(MDT)管理模式应用于永久起搏器安置术围手术期的效果。方法选择2021年1—9月在四川大学华西医院心脏内科病房住院的194例行永久起搏器安置术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和MDT组,每组97例。对照组采用常规围手术期管理,MDT组在对照组的基础上进行MDT管理,对两组手术相关并发症、疼痛、舒适度、睡眠质量及住院满意度进行比较。结果两组伤口渗血、血肿及电极移位发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);MDT组患者疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分、舒适度量表总分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MDT管理模式有利于降低永久起搏器患者术后疼痛和部分并发症的发生,可提高患者的舒适度、睡眠质量和满意度。Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team(MDT)on perioperative management of permanent pacemaker implantation.Methods A total of 194 patients who underwent permanent pacemaker implantation in the cardiology department of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from January to September 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=97)and MDT group(n=97).The control group received routine perioperative management while the MDT group was given perioperative MDT management on the basis of routine management.Surgery-related complications,pain scale,comfort scale,sleep quality and satisfaction with hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of wound bleeding,hematoma and electrode displacement between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain score,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality score and the comfort scale score in the MDT group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT management for patients undergoing permanent pacemaker implantation is helpful in reducing the incidence of complications and their pain,and improving their comfort scale,sleep quality and satisfaction.
