摘 要:目的探究6Sigma联合手供一体化模式对手术室腹腔镜器械管理质量的应用效果。方法将2020年7月至2021年2月,成都医学院第一附属医院手术室腹腔镜器械开始实施6Sigma联合手供一体化管理,计为“实施后”;回顾性收集2019年11月至2020年6月该院常规管理期间腹腔镜器械管理相关数据,计为“实施前”,对比实施前后护理人员腹腔镜器械相关知识掌握情况、器械维护质量、分离钳/无损伤钳更换率及遗失率、手术人员满意度。结果与实施前比较,实施后护理人员对腹腔镜器械相关知识掌握程度评分增高(P<0.05);腹腔镜器械清洗、包装、消毒评分增高(P<0.05);器械的更换率、遗失率均降低(P<0.05);手术室医生对器械准备、使用效果、护士配合情况的满意度均升高(P<0.05)。结论6Sigma联合手供一体化管理模式可提高手术室腹腔镜器械管理质量,降低不必要的医疗设施损耗,提高灭菌合格率。Objective To explore the effect of 6 Sigma combined with integration management of operating room and central sterile supply department on the management quality of laparoscopic instruments in the operating room. Methods From July 2020 to February 2021,the laparoscopic instruments in the operating room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu Medical College were managed by 6 Sigma combined with integration management of operating room and central sterile supply department,and the period was defined as after the implementation.The data related to laparoscopic instrument management from November 2019 to June 2020 were collected retrospectively,and the period was defined as before the implementation. The nurses’ knowledge of laparoscopic instruments,instrument maintenance quality,the replacement and loss rates of separating pliers/atraumatic forceps,and operators’ satisfaction were compared before and after the implementation. Results After the implementation,the scores of nurses’ knowledge of laparoscopic instruments,laparoscopic instrument cleaning,packaging and disinfection increased(P <0.05). The replacement and loss rates of instruments decreased(P <0.05). And doctors in the operating room were more satisfied with instrument preparation,use effect and nurse cooperation(P <0.05).Conclusion Six Sigma combined with integration management of operating room and central sterile supply department can significantly improve the management quality of laparoscopic instruments in the operating room,reduce the unnecessary loss of medical facilities and improve the qualified rate of sterilization.
