医学毕业生职业发展情况调研与思考——以成都医学院为例

摘　　要：本研究以成都医学院为例,采用问卷调查法,针对学校2018-2020届毕业生开展职业发展情况跟踪调查,就毕业生就业现状、就业质量以及对母校人才培养的建议等方面进行调查分析,全面了解学校医学毕业生职业发展情况。基于709份问卷调查数据结果,对学校改革课程设置、优化人才培养方案以及医学生职业生涯规划指导提供科学参考依据。建议加强医学生考研升学指导,提高学校考研率;增强医学生基层就业引导;学校在制定人才培养方案时做到实际操作能力与科研能力培养并重。Taking Chengdu Medical College as an example,this study uses the questionnaire survey method to carry out a follow-up survey on the career development of the graduates of 2018-2020 (2-4 years after graduation),investigate and analyze the employment status,employment quality and suggestions on the talent training of the alma mater,so as to fully understand the career development of the medical graduates of our college.Based on the results of 709 questionnaires,it provides a scientific reference for the college to reform the curriculum,optimize the talent training program and guide the career planning of medical students.It is suggested to strengthen the guidance of medical students’ postgraduate entrance examination and improve the rate of postgraduate entrance examination;Strengthen the employment guidance of medical students at the grass-roots level;The college pays equal attention to the cultivation of practical operation ability and scientific research ability when formulating talent training plan.
