摘 要:对混凝土桥面调平层表面构造深度进行室内量化模拟,研究了调平层表面构造深度对桥面铺装结构层间稳定性的影响。结合铺砂法,模拟设计了0、0.4、0.8、1.2 mm等4种表面构造深度的混凝土板,制备了桥面铺装复合试件,测试了复合试件的层间剪切强度、拉拔强度及横向渗水系数。结果表明,增大桥面板构造深度有利于提高层间抗剪稳定性;荷载作用方向与表面构造方向垂直情况下,一定程度上提高了抗剪稳定性。增大构造深度对不同防水粘结层拉拔强度的影响各异,且对层间横向渗水产生不利影响。The surface structure depth of concrete bridge leveling layer was simulated in laboratory,and the influence of surface structure on the interlayer stability of bridge deck pavement structure was studied. Combined with the sand paving method,four kinds of concrete slabs with different surface structure depths 0,0.4,0.8,1.2 mm were simulated and designed. Composite specimens of bridge deck pavement were prepared from the above concrete slabs,and the interlaminar shear strength,pull-off strength and transverse seepage coefficient of several composite specimens were measured. The results showed that increasing the structural depth of the bridge deck was conducive to improving the interlayer shear stability,and the direction of the load action was perpendicular to the surface structural direction,which improved the shear stability to a certain extent. The increase of structural depth had different effects on pull-off strength of different waterproof bonding layers,and had adverse effects on interlaminar lateral seepage.
