摘 要:目的通过对影响虎杖生长发育的生态因子分析研究,预测其在我国的生态适宜性分布区,为虎杖的适宜种植生产区选择提供依据。方法查询中国数字植物标本馆、中国自然保护区标本资源共享平台的虎杖样点信息,共筛选328个经纬度坐标,结合55个生态因子,运用最大熵(MaxEnt)模型和地理信息系统对虎杖分布进行适宜性区划。结果虎杖生态分布模型的受试者工作特征曲线下面积>9.0,保证了模型预测结果的准确性,说明MaxEnt模型可用于此研究。MaxEnt模型预测结果较为理想,筛选出23个影响虎杖分布的生态因子,其中11月份降水量、土壤类型、4月份降水量、9月份平均温度、植被类型、季节降水量变异系数、年均温度变化范围、5月份降水量是影响我国虎杖分布的主要生态因子。结论本研究对虎杖生态分布进行等级区划,为其野生资源可持续利用提供依据。Objective To study the ecological factors affecting the growth and development of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.;To predict the ecological suitability distribution area in China;To provide a scientific basis for the selection of suitable planting and production areas of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.in China.Methods Totally 328 longitude and latitude coordinates were screened through the search for the specimen information of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.in China Digital Herbarium and China Cature Reserve Specimen Resource Sharing Platform.Combined with 55 ecological factors,the main ecological factors affecting the suitability distribution of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.were determined based on the results of maximum entropy(MaxEnt)model calculation and geographic information system.Results The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of the ecological distribution model of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.>9.0,which ensured the accuracy of the prediction result of the model,indicating that MaxEnt model could be used in this study.The prediction results of MaxEnt model were ideal,and 23 ecological factors affecting the distribution were selected.Among them,precipitation in November,soil type,precipitation in April,average temperature in September,vegetation type,coefficient of variation of seasonal precipitation,variation range of average annual temperature,and precipitation in May were the main ecological factors affecting the distribution of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.in China.Conclusion This study provides a basis for the ecological distribution of Polygonum cuspidatum Sieb.et Zucc.,which can provide a basis for the sustainable utilization of its wild resources.
