摘　　要：起效机制是针灸研究领域的重要课题,近年关于艾灸效应的始动环节及艾灸热、光、烟作用机制等研究取得较大进展。艾灸热辐射作用主要体现在“温通”和“温补”效应两方面,艾灸光辐射作用与艾灸时产生的红外辐射波长、辐射能量范围、波峰等密切相关,艾烟安全性主要围绕艾烟成分和临床安全性展开。本文就艾灸作用机制的相关研究进展予以整理,以期为深入探索艾灸作用机制提供思路。The effective mechanism is an important subject in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion research.In recent years,great progress has been made in the study of breakaway element of moxibustion effect and the mechanism of moxibustion heat,light and smoke.The thermal radiation effect of moxibustion is mainly reflected in two aspects of“warming to activate”and“warming to tonify”effects.The light radiation effect of moxibustion is closely related to the infrared radiation wavelength,radiation energy range and wave peak generated during moxibustion.The safety of moxibustion smoke mainly focuses on the composition of moxibustion smoke and clinical safety.In this article,relevant research progress of mechanism of moxibustion was sorted out in order to provide ideas for further exploration of mechanism of moxibustion.
