贵州赤水竹全产业链绿色发展路径

摘　　要：全产业链绿色发展既是产业高质量发展的必然要求,也是产业可持续发展的重要途径。文章探讨了贵州赤水竹产业全产业链绿色发展的内涵与特征,分析了竹全产业链绿色发展面临的问题、实现的路径,并提出了相应的解决对策。文章分析认为,赤水竹全产业链绿色发展存在着顶层设计不足、产业链链条较短、市场信息不对称、物流体系建设滞后等问题,可以通过加强产业链内部循环、跨产业融合以及要素整合等途径实现全产业链绿色发展。为此文章建议,应采取加强竹全产业链顶层设计、发展新业态、完善市场信息发布体系、建设数字化物流体系等措施,以促进赤水竹产业高质量发展。Green development of the whole industry chain is not only the inevitable requirement of high-quality industrial development, but also an important approach to sustainable industrial development. This paper discusses the connotation and characteristics of the green development of whole bamboo industry chain in Chishui City, Guizhou Province, analyzes the existing problems and possible paths to achieve the green development, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. It is pointed out that there are some problems rising in the green development of the whole bamboo industrial chain in Chishui City, including insufficient top-level design, short industrial chain, market information unavailability and lagging logistics infrastructure. But the green development could be realized by strengthening the internal circulation of the industrial chain, promoting the inter-industry integration and enhancing factor integration. In order to promote the high-quality development of Chishui’s bamboo industry, it is proposed to bolster the top-level design, develop new business forms, improve market information release scheme, and build a digitized logistics system.
