浙江省2018—2021年氧化型染发剂监督抽检情况分析

摘　　要：为了解浙江省市售氧化型染发剂中染料的使用情况和染发剂的质量安全情况,对2018—2021年我省国家监督抽检的268批染发剂进行了32种染料组分测定。结果表明,对苯二胺、间苯二酚、间氨基苯酚、对氨基苯酚4种染料组分的检出率较高。总体问题样品125批,占比为46.6%,包括检出禁用组分5批及限用组分超限量添加6批,125批样品“检测结果与批件配方”不一致,125批样品“检测结果与标签标识”不一致,17批样品“批件配方与标签标识”不一致,分析了此类产品的风险点,并提出合理的政策建议。综上表明浙江省市售氧化型染发产品质量安全形势呈稳中向好趋势,但该类产品包装标签的规范性及标签标识与批件配方信息的一致性仍应加强监管。To investigate the usage of dyes and the quality of oxidative hair dyes in Zhejiang Province, 32 components in 268 batches of supervised sampling samples during 2018-2021 were detected. The results showed that p-phenylenediamine,resorcinol, m-aminophenol and p-aminophenol were the most highly used dyes. A total of 125 samples were problematic with the rate of 46.6%, including 5 batches of banned components and 6 batches of restricted components in excess of limited amount, 125 batches of samples were inconsistent with the test results and the approved formulas, 125 batches of samples were inconsistent with the test results and the labels, and 17 batches of samples were inconsistent with the approved formulas and the labels. The purpose of the survey was to gather information about the quality of hair dyes on market of Zhejiang Province, with the goal of uncovering the safety risks and providing supervision suggestions. In conclusion, the quality safety situation of hair dyes in Zhejiang Province showed a steady trend, but the package labelling of hair dyes and the consistency between the formula information of approval parts and the label logo of packaging should be strengthened.
