摘　　要：研究分析欧盟化妆品纳米原料的法规要求和技术要点,包括化妆品纳米原料的定义、使用要求、原料目录、使用情况、安全评估要求等内容。建议借鉴参考欧盟的相关管理法规和技术要求,结合我国的监管实际,研究建立纳米原料的监管制度和技术支撑体系,完善我国化妆品纳米原料的监督管理。The regulatory requirements and technical points for the management of cosmetic nanomaterials in EU were summarized and analyzed,including the definition,use requirements,material catalog,use condition and safety assessment requirements.Referring to the regulatory regulations and technical requirements of cosmetic nanomaterials in EU and the cornbination with China’s actual supervision,it is suggested to establish the supervision and technical support system in this field and finally improve the supervision and management of cosmetic nanomaterials in China.
