青蒿提取物的抑菌性能及在牙膏中的应用

摘　　要：通过最小抑菌浓度(MIC)方法,分析研究和验证青蒿提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌、变形链球菌的抑菌性能。结果显示:青蒿提取物对以上4种菌具有一定的抑菌活性。采用抑菌率试验方法和二甲苯致小白鼠耳廓急性炎症肿胀模型药理试验方法,试验含青蒿提取物牙膏对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌、变形链球菌的抗菌功效和抗炎作用。The antibacterial properties of Artemisia annua extract against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus,Porphyromonas gingivalis and Streptococcus mutans were studied by the method of minimun inhibitory concentration(MIC). The results showed that Artemisia annua extract had certain antibacterial activities against the above four bacteria.Artemisia annua extract was also tested by using the antibacterial rate test method and the pharmacological test method of xylene induced acute inflammatory swelling model of mouse auricle. The toothpaste containing Artemisia annua extract has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Porphyromonas gingivalis and Streptococcus mutans.
