含山茶油保湿乳抗湿疹、抗炎症的体外研究

摘　　要：为了探讨外用含山茶油的保湿乳对婴儿皮肤抗湿疹、抗炎症等作用,基于体外三维(3D)表皮模型EpiKutis,通过检测模型组织活力、组织形态结构变化、炎症因子释放量、皮肤屏障指数ET50、特异性炎症因子(TSLP)等评价该产品的抗尿布疹功效、抗湿疹功效以及改善因为屏障损伤以及炎症引发的“苹果脸”方面的功效。结果表明组织活力显著上升、炎症因子IL-1α和IL-8含量显著下降、对十二烷基磺酸钠(SLS)诱导的类尿布疹模型的形态学受损情况有显著改善、屏障指数ET50值升高,TSLP含量显著下降。此款山茶油乳具有显著的抗湿疹功效,在改善因为屏障损伤以及炎症引发的“苹果脸”方面具有显著的功效。In order to investigate the effects of moisturizer containing camellia(Camellia oleifera) oil on anti-eczema and anti-inflammation of infant skin, the 3D skin model EpiKutis in vitro was developed. Then the anti-diaper rash effect, antieczema effect and improvement of “apple face” caused by barrier damage and inflammation of the product were evaluated by detecting tissue vitality, tissue morphology and structure changes, inflammatory factor release, skin barrier index ET50, and specific inflammatory factor(TSLP). The results showed that the tissue viability was significantly increased, the contents of inflammatory factors IL-1α and IL-8 were significantly decreased, and the morphological damage of urinary eclosion model induced by sodium dodecyl sulfonate(SLS) was significantly improved. The barrier index ET50 value was increased, and the TSLP content was significantly decreased. This camellia oil emulsion has significant anti eczema effect, and has significant effect in improving the “apple face” caused by barrier damage and inflammation.
