摘  要:TiO_(2)光学带隙较宽,对可见光的响应较弱。为拓宽TiO_(2)光吸收范围和降低载流子复合概率,采用窄带隙的Bi_(2)S_(3)与TiO_(2)复合,构建异质结光阳极复合材料。首先对复合材料的物相和微观形貌进行表征,其次分析了复合材料的光电性能,结合复合材料的光电特性优化了制备工艺。改变水热生长Bi_(2)S_(3)的沉积次数,重点分析Bi_(2)S_(3)对异质结光电性能的影响。结果表明:当Bi_(2)S_(3)水热沉积次数为2时,复合材料的光电性能最佳,光电流密度达到0.22 mA/cm^(2),电子寿命为61 ms。与纯TiO_(2)相比,复合材料可显著提升对光吸收范围和强度,并提高了载流子的分离效率。TiO_(2) has wide optical band gap and weak response to visible light.In order to broaden the light absorption range and reduce the carrier recombination probability of TiO_(2),Bi_(2)S_(3) with narrow band gap was used to combine TiO_(2) to construct heterojunction photoanode composites.Firstly,the phase and micro morphology of the composites were characterized.Secondly,the photoelectric properties of the composites were analyzed.In terms of the photoelectric properties of the composites,the preparation process was optimized by changing the deposition times of hydrothermal growth Bi_(2)S_(3) and analyzing the influence of Bi_(2)S_(3) on the photoelectric properties of the composites.The results show that when the number of hydrothermal deposition of Bi_(2)S_(3) is 2,the photoelectric properties of the composites are the best,the photocurrent density reaches 0.22 mA/cm^(2),and the electron life is 61 ms.Compared with pure TiO_(2),the composites can significantly improve the light absorption range and intensity,and boost the carrier separation efficiency.
