摘  要:利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和力学性能测试等研究了不同热处理工艺参数对新型W-Mo-V系热作模具钢(以下简称HBJ2钢)显微组织与力学性能的影响,并与常规H13钢对比,分析其强化机制。结果表明:HBJ2钢等温球化退火后碳化物均匀弥散,偏析改善效果显著;HBJ2钢在650℃回火时仍能观察到少量回火马氏体,表明其回火稳定性较好;此外,HBJ2钢还具有优异的回火二次硬化性能,在550℃左右回火出现硬度峰值;经1040℃淬火+550℃回火后,HBJ2钢的强韧匹配达到最佳,在650℃下的高温强度表现优异,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别达到718 MPa和646 MPa,与经相同热处理工艺处理后的H13钢相比,分别提高了23%和21%。Effect of different heat treatment processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of a new W-Mo-V series hot work die steel(hereinafter referred to as HBJ2 steel)was studied by means of optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and mechanical properties test,and compared with H13 steel to analyze the strengthening mechanism.The results show that after isothermal spheroidizing annealing,the carbides of the HBJ2 steel are uniformly dispersed and the segregation is significantly improved.When the HBJ2 steel is tempered at 650℃,a small amount of tempered martensite can still be observed,indicating that its tempering stability is good.In addition,the HBJ2 steel also has excellent tempering secondary hardening property,and the hardness peak appears in about 550℃tempering.After quenching at 1040℃and tempering at 550℃,the strength toughness matching of the HBJ2 steel is the best,the high temperature strength at 650℃is excellent,and the tensile strength and yield strength reach 718 MPa and 646 MPa,respectively,which are increased by 23%and 21%respectively compared with the H13 steel treated by the same heat treatment process.
