手法正骨联合经络定期推拿在颈椎病治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨手法正骨联合经络定期推拿在颈椎病治疗中的作用。方法选取2020年1月~2022年1月建瓯市中西医结合医院收治的100例椎动脉型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组患者接受手法正骨治疗,观察组患者接受手法正骨联合经络定期推拿治疗,对比两组临床疗效、中医证候评分、血流速度、椎动脉口径以及生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肢体麻木、活动受限、神疲乏力、头晕目眩、疼痛等中医证候评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前血流速度和椎动脉口径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后血流速度均有所提高、椎动脉口径均有所扩大,且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前QLQC30评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后QLQC30评分均有所提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手法正骨联合经络定期推拿治疗颈椎病,可明显提高临床疗效,减轻临床症状,提升血液流速、扩大椎动脉口径,提升患者生活质量,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of manipulative bone setting combined with regular massage of meridians in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type who were admitted to Jianou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 50 patients in each grop,patients in the control group received manual bone-setting therapy,and patients in the observation group received manual bone-setting combined with regular meridian massage therapy.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,blood fl ow velocity,vertebral artery caliber,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of TCM syndromes such as limb numbness,limited activity,mental fatigue,dizziness and pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);comparison of blood fl ow velocity and vertebral artery caliber between the two groups before treatment,the diff erence was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the blood fl ow velocity and vertebral artery caliber were both increased in both groups after treatment,and the observation group was better than The control group(P<0.05);the QLQC30 scores of the two groups before treatment were compared,the diff erence was not statistically significant(P>0.05),the QLQC30 scores of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Manipulative bone setting combined with regular meridian massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis can significantly improve clinical efficacy,relieve clinical symptoms,increase blood fl ow,expand vertebral artery caliber,and improve the quality of life of pati
