摘  要:大跨度悬索桥桩基础索塔的承台尺寸一般较大,混凝土的浇筑属于大体积混凝土施工,需要严格控制混凝土的水化热,以避免混凝土开裂。本文以虎跳峡金沙江特大桥丽江岸索塔承台体积接近3000m3的混凝土施工为背景工程,探讨了承台大体积混凝土施工原理,详细介绍了承台大体积混凝土施工工艺、温控和防裂措施,以确保大体积混凝土结构物施工质量。通过“双掺”和“三低”的混凝土制备技术与通冷却水的控制技术的结合,实现了混凝土浇筑体内部最高温度和内外温差的指标控制,满足规范要求。The cable support tower of the long-span suspension bridge pile foundation generally has a large size of bearing platform,and the concrete pouring is a kind of the construction of mass concrete,which requires a strict control of the hydration heat of the concrete to avoid the concrete cracks.Based on the concrete construction of the cable support tower bearing platform of approximate 3000 m3 in the Lijiang bank of the Jinsha River Grand Bridge of Tiger Leaping Gorge,this paper discusses the mass concrete construction principle of the bearing platform,and introduces the mass concrete construction technology,temperature control and anti-cracking measures of the bearing platform in detail,which ensure the construction quality of mass concrete structures.Through the combination of the“double mixing”and“three low levels”concrete preparation technology and the control technology of cooling water,the calculation index control of the maximum temperature inside the concrete casting body and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete casting body can meet the requirements of the specification.
